Overview of Tour

Mantanani Island is a group of threeisolated island northwest of Kota Belud, a one-hour drive from Kota Kinabalu.Although only approximately an hours’s boat rides by speedboat from themainland, the islands ware only known to a few locals. Time slows down thereamidst the crystal blue waters lapping on white sandy beaches. Up next is theenchanting River Cruise. Located at Kota Belud, which will bringyou close to rare proboscis monkeys and beautiful fireflies along the way.

7:00am

Pick up at your hotel. Depart to Rampayan Jetty, Kota Belud

9:00am

Arrive at Rampayan Jetty. Hop on a speedboat and depart to Mantanani Island. Your journey will take approximately 45 minutes (Subject to sea condition)

10:15am

Arrive at Mantanani Island and prepare for snorkeling. (There will be 2 snorkeling points. Each point takes 20 – 30 minutes and subject to weather condition)

11:00am

1st snorkel session kick-off and follow by 2nd snorkel session

12:00pm

Back to the island an enjoy your lunch.

Leisure time on the island

Depart from Mantanani Island to Rampayan jetty

3:45pm

Arrive at Rampayan Jetty

4:30pm

Hi-Tea will be served.

5:00pm

Depart for River cruise. Experience the Mangrove ecology. Spot the Proboscis Monkey and other wildlife.

6:00pm

Back to Jetty and dinner will be served.

7:00pm

Evening River cruise for firefly viewing. Watch fireflies slowly lighting up and decorating the mangrove trees.

7:45pm

Depart back to Kota Kinabalu.

9:30pm

Arrive at Kota Kinabalu city, transfer back to hotel
