Itinerary

Welcome to Semporna, Sabah. Our driver will pick up from the airport and take you Semporna town, the leisure will take one and half hrs.

Check in Seafest Hotel. Free and Leisure. Meals is own expenses.

8:30am

Breakfast at hotel and Proceed to do Island Hopping. You will make your way to Bohey Dulang island by speedboat. The journey takes roughly 40 - 45 minutes.

9:15am

Upon arrival, you can begin your ascent up the 353m long hike to the peak of the volcanic crater, where gorgeous vistas of the neighbouring islands and lush turquoise water await you. You can hiking all the way to the top and experience the beauty of Semporna ocean by taking a lot of pictures.

12:00pm

It’s time to get back on the boat to your next stop at Mantabuan Island for your first diving or snorkeling session. Upon arrival, you will have your lunch there. After lunch, you can jump right into the clear blue waters where you may witness sightings of manta, devil and eagle rays as well as passing sea turtles.

2:00pm

Continue to Sibuan Island, just next door, where you can relax and recharge on its sandy beach or enjoy a bit of snorkeling from the shoreline. Check with your guide about exploring the local Bajau Laut (‘Sea Gypsies’) village where you can find fishermen selling fresh coconut juice.

4:00pm

On evening will depart at jetty and take you to semporna town. Back to the hotel, rest free & easy. Overnight at Seafest Hotel.

8:30am

Breakfast at hotel and Proceed to do Island Hopping, Jump on board the speedboat to your first stop have your enjoy amazing coastline view from Mabul Island.

9:15am

Estimate to arrive at the Mabul Island. You can take photos and visit the fishing village.

12:00pm

You can have your lunch on the boat.

1:00pm

Enjoy your snorkeling time at Mabul Island periphery.

2:00pm

Leave Mabul island and proceed to Kapalai island for another snorkeling time.

3:30pm

It is time to leave Kapalai island periphery and proceed back to Semporna jetty.

4:00pm

Arrive Semporna town, transfer back to your hotel. Free and easy. Overnight at Seafest Hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. Have a leisure time on your own and beprepared to check out from hotel.

Then will be transfer from semporna town and depart back to tawau airport. End of the tours ~!

Important Things to Note

This package does not include flight tickets and meals on the first day in Pekan Semporna.
Itinerary above is for guidance, any changes could happen during the trip.
You should book your room earlier as the hotel/water chalet are very limited.
It is advised that you book your flight ticket the last flight so that island hopping activities would go smoothly.
Please do not bring valuables as there are no lockers on the islands.
Be a responsible snorkeler / diver to protect our marine ecosystem.
It is strictly prohibited to remove, pick up, step on, or destroy any marine life during the trip.
Please follow the crew’s instructions. Failure to do so will result in the crew stopping you from participating in the activity and no refunds will be made.

1) For Bohey Dulang Hike,

Kindly prepare cash to cover the Ranger Fee at Bohey Dulang. This fee applies to groups of 1-6 pax.
Sneakers or hiking boots are COMPULSORY for hiking. Sandals, flip-flops, and croc slippers are strictly not allowed. Sabah Parks has the right to ban hikers with improper shoe wear.
The shoe rental kiosk is no longer operating, so please remember to bring your own shoes.
In case of rain and the cancellation of the Bohey Dulang hiking, we will swap the activity to a snorkeling session.
Due to the limited number of rangers available, the waiting time can be 1-2 hours, depending on the time it took for the other groups to return to the foothill.
Children below 6 years old are not allowed to join the hiking activity.
Please be ready at the boat departure point at 8:00AM.
Boat journey to the Island(s) may not be suitable for individuals who have any of the following conditions which heart or lung conditions, recent surgery, back or spinal surgery, back problems/injury/fracture, or other similar spinal/pelvic diseases.
Pregnant women are also not recommended as the boat ride may be bumpy depending on the sea condition. If you are having similar issues as above, kindly consult your physician before you enroll in this activity.
