Overview of Tour

Danum Valley Conservation Area in Sabah, Malaysia, is a 438-square-kilometer region of largely unspoilt lowland dipterocarp forest. The enchanted forest is home to an incredible variety of vegetation and wildlife species, including banteng, clouded leopard, orang utan, slow loris, proboscis monkey, and the endangered Bornean pygmy elephant.

Pick up from your hotel lobby or airport and register at Danum Valley Studies/Field Center (DVSC/DVFC) reception office.Transfer from DVSC office to Danum Valley about 2 hours and 30 minutes on a gravel road.

Arrived at DVSC and welcoming briefing at the reception counter. Lunch will be served.

Guided evening walk around the vicinity in search of wildlife.

Tea break at dining hall or own leisure time.

Dinner will be serve at the dining hall.

Night drive in search of nocturnal wildlife (Add-on - Optional/Subject of availability).
